Marsden beach 25-10-13

Went down marsden beach last night to my normal spot half way along just I front of the cave, it was a bit slow to start with but I was putting that down to daylight. As soon as it turned dark I started getting fish, they were small but fish is a fish haha managed to get 1 size codling at just over 1lb a couple of undersize codling and a undersize coley. Was hoping for a bit better when I seen the sea their was a nice bit sea running. Quite a few heads out last night like be interested to find out if their was out decent caught

Not over high tide it's not but over low tide it is canny bad I lost 1 rig so not to bad for 5 hours fishing haha

Good luck tonight Chris. Hope you have better luck than I've had today, the pier was really poor today. Good craic with the lads but only a few dabs and a pouting to show, I had nowt.
