Marsden beach

Fished marsden beach today,got down for low tide fished up then down 2hrs. Sea Blown flat from the westerly but managed 2 coley n a codling soon as it came dark. Black n crab done the biz and good to not finish the last sesh of the year on a blank.

I fished the shelves today from 1.00-5.30 and managed 2 whities.

How do Davy, I was on the camel I believe. Don't know the area but I checked it out on Saturday and thought it looked worth a shot. Were you one of the guys across from me fishing from that ledge ?

Yes mate that was me and my brother, fish there a lot, for not knowing the area you where fishing and casting in the right spots. Hope you enjoyed your session.

I had a look at the bay on Saturday at high tide first Davy, it didn't feel like the right spot when I saw you 2 sat snugly out of the wind , blew my rod rest into the drink . I'm from Morecambe , northwest so don't know the marks so try to get as much info first. Tried sugar sands ,tynemouth ,ssp and various river marks , first sized cod been evasive upto now so hoping to sort that ASAP in 2013. All the best tight lines.
