Fished marsden last night 2 till 7 nothing for three of us but a weaver,using black lug rag makki outside grotto

me and my mate are going down tonight,gonna fish at the stone steps i think i might just have a walk along to whitburn though was there any weed on the beach mate ? we fished the walkway on sunday night not a thing bait used was blacks,rag,mussel and crab waste of good bait but thats fishing

Just got back from 3 shelves tonight, fished from 4-8 not a nibble,was that you on the beach pop? i'll give it another go tomorrow, you never know!

aye davey i was on the beach mate, i had a flounder about a 1lb,then a small rockling, then a hell of a bite wich resulted in a codling of about 4lbwich is my biggest all winter ,so its cod and chips for tea tonight ,my poor mate blankedonly got photo,s on my phone will see if the misses can get them on here later ,cheers pop
