I fish the bay down from souter but its pretty unfishable at high so best fishing while its low, its quite snaggy with the kelp beds but had quite a few good codling from there last year also had a strap conger..not been there yet this year but will soon hopefiully

The bay your talking about down from souter, is it between the point itself and the wherry or are you talking about the beach at the bottom of the wherry?

just what i was thinking thought he might of meant 4th bay at north row ends but wouldnt fancy fishing ther at low water,be time to turn around by the time you get there. third bay is hard enough to get to.

best fished from the top of the cliff on the north side with a good sea running, i have had fish from the bottom fishing up the skeer at low water but defo better over high water.
Have a walk along the cliffs at low tide and look at all the possible fishy holes that you could fish at high tide, plenty to choose from.
