Fished the rocks from 2pm till 7pm slow to start with the odd bite here and there. Hooked into a just sized codling woch was retuned safely then nothing till the start of the flood where I got a nice 2lb 4oz codling which came home with me. Had 1 further size codling but also retuned that one to love another day. All were on fresh blacks

we did hendon till 1am i blanked derek and scotty91 and davey all caught whiteys.
i think i was just the cent bait for them all lol

Was glad to get out any catch as the last session I had (at Hendon) was a disaster to say the least would have stayed out later as it was starting to fish but was starving and was getting cold. Must take more food and wrap up warmer next time

think ya self lucky i went out with 2 broken toes lol thats why came home at early as others went to walkway but foot was killing my with the cold lol
i do not rate hendon as much now but i did see a few cod caught. thats 2-3 sesh now no catches maybe try tuesday with the winds changeing
