Messing about on the river.

Fished the Tyne on Saturday. Only because I had a few hours to kill and wanted to blow the cobwebs off. Got dropped off at Church bank (Hebburn) but no water there so moved along in between the Sea Cadets and the Marina. Never fished there before but thought I would give it a try. I popped to Reelsport for some rag, not expecting to get any that late in the day but managed to get a couple of bags of good rag. The weather wasn't that good but it was nice to be out. Ended up with a little one, couple of crabs and an Eel. All went back safe and well.

No. His mate fell off in the last minute. Was hoping to get a picture of a little crab on crab action. Can't blame him then. I think I would feel the same way.
