no work on today so i thought i would give it a go on the middleton pier, sea was calm but the wind from the west was blowing a hoolie, anyway fish targeted was mackerel on float, couple of lads on when i got to the end and pleasently suprised to see they had a few fish between them, set up , cast out and it was't long before i was into the action, managed 7 but would have had loads more if the bloody wind dropped, the bow in the line was so big every time you made a strike you were striking fresh air must have missed about 15 same with the other lads they managed 11 each, all inall not a bad sesh
