Just had this tonight

Thai green monkfish and prawn curry: Recipes: Good Food Channel

substitute Monkfish for Ling and Bamboo for Beansprouts and you have what I had - flippin marvellous :thumbup:

Also had this on Sunday

Mediterranean crusted cod with roasted cherry tomatoes: Recipes: Good Food Channel

Substitute Cod for Pollack and hey presto

again marvellous :thumbup:

I set the missus a task to come up with some decent fish dinners and she did not dissappoint - I was limited to Fish Pie, Fish Cake etc :red:

Still got a freezer full of fish to decimate...can't wait for the next portion :D
 
Both look delicious, but surely the second recipe should read four 2000g cod fillets if it's intended to serve 4 :p:D

Battered cod & chips for me last night, I really need to have a go at one of those healthy recipes.

I made fish and chips tonight - substituted the fish for baked beans and the chips for toast, lovely :D

*I will stop trying to be a smart arse on 7th Sept* It's not a court appearance btw, just feels lke it :(
 
Just had Green Thai Cod Curry with Green Beans and Bamboo Shoots for tea, made with my own fair hands, well I bunged some big chunks of cod in dish with a jar of this:

bunged it the oven and expertly cooked up a plate of boil in the bag rice.

DELICIOUS!!!!!! :p
