Its his license not yours ,so that should answer the question ,if its a hobby license then its his and his only :exclam: be very careful as they are clamping down on NON license holders fishing pots

Just go on that web site you were given its all there and so easy to complete, took less than 1 week from me thinking about it to having the marker numbers and the paper work in my hand.

you fishing pots north or south of the tyne??

different byelaws as well if I remember rightly, will try hunt out the links to the relevant fisheries pages if you're south of the river

does puzzle me how different areas have different rules and enforce them differently. Never had any tags or nowt for my pots in scotland and the fisheries have been on board and even advised me where the best spots are to drop em

The link I posted was for south of the Tyne, not sure about the north side, apart from the fact the anglers are better looking.
