Near redcar.

M8 and I fished out past Coatham going away from Redcar off some rocks. We were casting as far out as poss and were getting knocks all time. Fourth cast and into a 3lb1oz cod followed by Grahams 3lb5oz cod then 4hrs of little knocks but could not connect till Graham pulled in a 2lb coalie then a good flatty 1lb3oz. I then had a coalie about 1.5lbs and one more each. Great day out and good crack with 2 guys from boro who fish this spot often. Baits were rag,lug,blacks,mussel and squid. All baits were big and this was my best days catch for a long time

Got a 2.7 cod off the gare last night lots of little whiting about kept us busy nowt worth taking though.....hell of a sea running didn't expect that couldn't fish the end fished about 20mtrs back on the right hand side
