Well it\'s getting round to that time of the year again so I thought I had better get things sorted out for our annual shore comp.

It will be north of the Tyne as the next N v S comp will be south of the Tyne.

Winter shore comp details for Saturday November 4th.

Meet at the Rendezvous cafe car park before 19:00

Lines in 19:30.

Lines out 22:30.

Only two hooks allowed per rig and only one rod lol.

Back for weigh in by 23:00 at the Rendezvous cafe car park.

Entry £10:00 per person half going to the RNLI, half going to heaviest fish and heaviest bag payout.

Boundaries : Tynemouth pier excluding pier to The Peeping Toms inside Blyth pier. Excluding the concrete jetty.

No problems with bringing a friend along but please let me know any names so that I can keep a list and know who is coming to save me waiting about lol.

If I have missed anything just let me know as I usually do.

Jim.

Lol Steve, cheer\'s mate. Packing it now.

Just had a thought, could someone let Terry Woods know about it as it would be nice if he could defend his crown this year.

Jim.

Last I heard he\'s very busy at the shop and his Fly Casting lessons are taking alot of his time up in the evenings and weekends.
email sent ;)

Hi John, no it\'s not an open mate. It is for members of NESA and a few friends. The Rendezvous is the little car park next to the sea front accross the road from Whitley bay swimming pool where the mini roundabout is.

Jim.

Lmao Stevie, try an average of 140 miles a visit to the shore. Now that is expensive mate.

That is what it costs me before I buy bait almost every time I fish.

Oh for the chance of living on the door step and being able to fish when you want,

Expensive?? I don\'t think so mate lol.

Jim.

LOOKING FORWARD TO FISHING BOTH DAYS. I\'LL MAKE SURE I\'VE GOT PLENTY OF BAIT! HOPEFULLY CATCH UP WITH SOME OF THE LADS. :D
