Definately a big thanks to tony codling!! the idea behind running it from the new crown in the first place was to show a few nesa members what he runs every week In his winner takes all comps!! hope a few of the nesa members return to try there luck again and learn a few marks in the process, many thanks to tony for getting as many of his regulars as possible to fish the nesa match it really was very much appreciated mate!!

Thank's lads, I think it was a success for both event's. With a big thanks to "Paul and Ali" for boosting the number of my comp to 32.
I hope we done "likewise" for NESA, so here's the pictures of the winner's.

Big Lee netted a cool £160 with this cod weighing 5lb 4oz from Seaburn beach.

Well done to all that took part and the money raised for the RNLI,theres been a few incidents over the last few days and we should all appreciate the hard work the emergency services do.
Big well done to Paul and Tony for combining the Comps ;)

Crackin pics tony cheers :) and nice to see terry smiling in the picture though it may be wind :D definitely agree it could have been very different if martin had fished.
Agree alan we get complacent at times and forget the hard and often very dangerous job the rnli do mate good to raise a little money for a worthy cause.

Hi Paul, a big thank you to all who organise these comps and dont forget all those who took part because without them there would be no competition.

Wind: probably down to the northerly on the night.

I think martin was feeling sorry for me with my bad back and, all so he put a shift in at work to give me a chance of winning.

Sless: cant teach the lad enough, hes well hungary for winning and very keen to learn more about whitburn and the Steehle, might just hold back on the Steelhe for a while longer or at least until the end of this winter to see if i can get the biggy out for your club.

Graham, fished after 10pm as i only had one about 1lb 8oz, got a fish which weighed 10lb 1oz at 10.15pm, 15mins to late.
