Can't wait to try it out...it really is as skinny as a pencil...was bouncing a 12oz lead on the end of it last night and it's action was the same as the "conventional" rod
As I suspected the forecast for sunday is gradually getting better - so fingers crossed

Sorry Keith, couldn't help myself. Seriously though I looked at a one when they came out (last year I think) and asked if anyone had used one, I couldn't belive they could match a standard 30-50lb class rod. Looking forward to seeing a pic of one in action. Price still a bit steep for a twice a year boat man like myself. I'll stick with my 1980's ugly stik for now (complete with nice wooden butt section)
