are breathable waders any good for rock fishing in the winter or should i just stick to my neoprene ones

I've got both. The breathable waders are the ones that only come out nowadays, far more comfortable to walk in. If it gets really cold I wear two pairs of thermal leggings. I also find the neoprene sock on breathable waders keeps your foot warmer in the boot.

I find them ok on the rocks, just don't be kneeling on them.
