Newbiggin Beach/Blyth Pier

3 of us fished Newbiggin Beach last night 6.30pm til 9.00pm,baits used-Rag,runny down,mackerel,squid,peeler and lug.Not 1 single bite for the duration.
Moved up to blyth pier not a sniff there either decided to pack in at about 12.15am.
All in all a really crap nights fishing,freezing cold and boring and im thinking what the bloody hell are ma doing here!! but no doubt ill be giving it another shot next weekend!!!!

seen you when i was going on you were going off the peir...i think reeled in one of your sinkers aswell. 5oz just tied on red line for casting ?


i got a few small bites as the tide started to come in but nothing big just a small flatty but it was bigger than codman40s jumping plaice

just me and gazz there,son was busy with the pigeons,a lad i know and his son came next to us,think he had yellow jacket on,mine was a VERY VERY BRIGHT ORANGE,was poor few hours,just a small poddler to show for it
