Norfolk sea fishing reports?

Hello. I`m new here so i don`t know where to post this, Hopefully i`ll get a few responces by monday as me and the father is looking to spend a few nights fishing in and around cromer. We are looking to go onto Cromer Pier, Weybourne and Trimingham beach,

Any hotspots that are looking good?
No matter how hard we try, we never seem to get anything worth keeping.

Any idea of whats happening around those areas?
Any tips?
Baits?
Rigs?
