Not a bad start to the day the lads for today turned up early ropes off and out. Weather was as forecast said nice flat sea we arrived at the first wreck with high expectations but 6 drifts and no fish we left and fished the ground for a while and the lads started to pick up a few fish happy days. We moved off to another wreck and straight away some nice cod all the fish between 4 and 8lb and we also managed to get a couple of ling and a 8lb pollock so not to bad a day everyone had fish and all went home happy well done lads and some good craic nice to meet you all

It was all the hardened fishermen hid in the wheelhouse until that fish come aboard then they could'nt get out fast enough

Not only are Steve and I out, Lynn will obviously be with me, as will be 2 of our friends from Scotland, who are travelling down especially for the trip.

So no pressure there!

Pies sound like a good bonus - Mince, steak or pork??
