sailed a wee bit late due to the party being a wee bit late(they did ring),out into a nice flat sea ,although cool at first.

first stop was to try for mackarel, but none appeared,at that point.however they showed their faces later in the day at various times:)

jim had already warned us he wasnt zapping off miles to the east, norf or souf, and that his plan was to cover ground marks closer to home:)

mackeral, already mentioned, not many:) codlings a few sometimes two at a time:):) and decent whitings all the time:):)

a strengthening of wind and a tide change saw things go a bit quiet in the afternoon.:(

a great bunch of lads, despite not being able to get out of bed:D

plenty of tea/coffee from chris, not forgetting his banter/abuse:)

sorry put this in wrong place, can someone do the good deed please' thanks

3rd time on this boat now:) im a glutton for punishment:) cos when i get the call im ganning again:D:D:D:D
