well, the pump's fitted, engine running ...... time for normal duties, the coffee shop is officially closed....except for bad weather and evenings....

first charter since the "refurb" ... jim asked me to do the report from todays outing...as he's got some stuff to do...probably


so here goes.....

weather crap, sea state crap, inshore water dirty, drift too fast, swells too big....ah...but it's better than being "at graft" in another country eh ?..


but hey....let's crack on....

click on em, and some wizardry happens .....trying this out to see if it's easier than the youtube carry on...

I'm very impressed with the video clips - too smart for a techno-phobe like me mind.

Only thing is, it means people have access to your photobucket albums. Let's hope you haven't got any embarrassing ones on there :o

Only 30 sleeps until Lynn and I, plus 3 fellow Scots go out with Jim on North Star.

Can't wait!

my original plan was to get out on my own boat, seems like ages since i've had my fingers wrapped round her wheel...:rolleyes:

but phils doing some DIY this weekend and Jim asked if i wanted to tag along today, ...........for "technical advice" i rekon...

i caught 3 maccy...:D another triple header..:D heh heh

ive left the drink alone this weekend....well kinda..;)

Rob m8 the video/s and pics are excellent and great footage on them too and the people on the North Star looked like they were lapping everything up thats enjoying themselve/s so well done m8 so keep them coming as its great to see stuff like that.:D:D:D:D:D:D

Thanks for doing the report for me Rob just did'nt have time last night. It was nice to get the first one out of the way though after replacing the engine and other components also nice to get a few fish in to the bargain for the lads just need to get some decent weather now so we can get out and make up for lost time. Also thanks to you, Bernie and Chris for all the help you have provided :):):)
 
Great read and watch Rob. Pleased every thing works and running fine. The vids are the way to go but.................how is it that the women always seem to get the heaviest fish:confused:;)

That was her personal best and another 2 lads got their best fish then beat it again so not a bad day at all and your right the women always seem to do well
 
quality boat Jim, back up and running, hopefully i'll be doing me catch reports from my own boat from now on..:D

we've had the Gannet and a few North Stars

time for me Darlin to shine........

That goes for me too. Great report and vids M8. Season has only just started so plenty more fishing to do. Still getting plenty of nice fish off the wrecks but the ground is still a bit hit and miss mate. Hope every thing goes well from hear on in Jim.
