Well after yesterdays poor performance it was a case of should we bother today or not. Well we decided to go and give it a try, off to a poor start.The party arrived late, but at least they phoned to let me know. When they arrived only one had fished before, i asked what bait they had brought they said ham and cheese sandwiches and they were serious. Anyway we got sorted and off we went into a flat sea. I had already decided after yesterday we would'nt be going miles, so first drop for mackie nothing. So we set up for our first drift plenty of marks on the finder but fishing was slow with the odd fish showing plenty of decent whiting so of we went to a spot i fish often when things are slow and once again it did'nt let me down and we ended up with some good whiting and codling so all in all it ended up better than i first thought i will put a picture on of this anglers double header but the scotsman sorry angler has requested no publicity so he has masked his identity.
