Northeast 1 BIG thank you

Left the marina at 8.30am this morning with 3 family members onboard and headed up to st marys after a very slow half hour drift without a touch decided to move closer in to the island went to turn her over flat both batterys dead as a door nail ' remember reading richie was going out today so i gave him a ring and he was just leaving the marina and said he would head straight up and assist me ' with what drift there was and taking us out to sea i decided to let her drift ' richie turned up in about an hour with his father and a mobile workshop and after half an hour of messing with batterys finally taking off richies second battery she ticked over a big thanks to rich and especially his father for there assistance. We carried on fishing leaving the engine ticking over till 3pm very poor on the hard ground no fish ' the last hour we drifted over a wreck just off tynemouth pier and picked up 20+ whiting so we got a bit sport in the end ' could have been june out there today glorious.

Not a problem, would always liek to think everyone would be willing to help everyone else out at sea.

We never really bothered fishing after we left you the second time, just had 2 drops and headed in.

Filled up at the marina put £17 in to top her up and got £3.30ish off under the 60-40 rile...good job it was cold and i needed to run that heater :)
