Well we headed out of port 7am to a lovely summers day to a nice calm sea. We had cod averaging 3lb - 5lb also ling up to 8lb. I had me fish on Cod Feathers with mussel or macky on. I would like to thank Jim for helping the lads out in sorting tangles out and helping out where he could just like a true skipper much appreciated. Thanks for a great day. See you in two weeks Jim.

Sounds like a good day for you Chris. Glad you caught some fish and will do again in a fortnight.

PS That is a shocking hat!!! :o

ha,yes a good day it was,tho the wind v tide in the afternoon was a pain and maybe reduced afternoon catches.however by then things had gone pretty well, specis included wolf fish, gurnard scotchies whiting mackaroonies, and of course a few cod and ling.

as a single rod joing a party of "mates" you are always kind of concerned that you be left oot o the banter.

not a hope in H++++,dragged in straight away:D good set of lads and good day at sea roll on next sunday
