Northumberland 17/10

Headed up to Northumberland last nigh with Nathan (natonthetyne), we fished over low tide baiting with lug crab combos, Nat got the first fish with a nice little codlng about 2lb on his first cast swiftly followed by one for myself about the same size. The whole we were fishing in started to empty out so we moved down the beach 100 yards or so, it turned out to be a good move with bites and good slack liners coming think and fast Nat ended up with 6 codling between 2 & 3 1/2 lb and a size flounder, i managed 4 codling 2 - 2 1/2lb. I think Nats decision to fish with a plain lead might have given him the edge. All in all a good night on a beach we hadn't fished before. Sorry no pictures, the drizzle kept the phone in my pocket, all fish were returned to fight another day.

I wouldn't mate nd if it wasn't the third week i took him to a mark and the third week he beat me lol only joking its always nice to see a few fish come out
