Now, this Porkfish I was telling you about. It's a species of Grunt, HONESTLY. You just couldn't make this up, could you?
The Wiki article is here, and just to assist you in your smoking habit I see the fish contains the ciguatera toxin so you can probably smoke them like mackerel.
Of course you could always make a nice shredded pork butty from one as well, with loads of fried onions.
