Well it ant a harf ov story it a full one as bk in jan a hade a post up about my las and kids got me a rod for around £67 qwid was ring size so a sent it back he says he ant revived it and a got royel mail involved they have sent letters and rang him no replay so you no he most ov got it if he do not replay royel mail can not refund me ;( reson so ****ed off is coz it was a b day prezzy woodent ov bean asset if it went a b day pressy

True Richy it got sent 2nd class tracked that's y royle mail are contacting him as on royl mail side they says he got it but they need him to contact them but he ant just so peed off as lyk a says was a berthday pressy so that's y am ****t off

If royal mail have it signed and you paid for the recorded service the ball is in royal mails court...they sort it out or pay you for the lost amount..its in the T&C's...i know as they lost a reel of mine a few years back....took it some the wrong address someone signed for it then said they knew nothing about it...they paid me back 5 weeks later in full.
