Well what a disappointing day 
, only one fish caught all day ,perfect weather , nice sea, NO FISH , whats going on .
Other boats in the area were having the same difficulty in finding any fish to catch

We released it, because it just felt wrong to keep the unlucky one.
But to be honest the day was
Fried gold.

Same here....... Well not exactly.......minus the one released cod and same here!
What a real shame, fantastic day to be out, the only thing missing is the fish, can't just be the coloured water as we still had fish in the flood water last year, as we know the fish will follow whatever they are feeding on so simple answer is until the food is there for the coddies then we catch no coddies!!! If we get a week of settled weather then things will improve.........I hope!!

Snap pal, one cod for us as well, keeper so we kept ours tho. Got wor reiver up to 22 knots first time we have really had a chance to open it up a tad. Lovely day for it but the fish still avoiding us. hopefully things will perk up soon.

They were out 2 hour and two small fish, I think he mentioned they were almost 12 miles out at one point.
Quite a long way for two fish.
