out yestarday of hartlepool (first time on the sea)

first day out yestarday on the boat, set off for seven nice carm sea aswell , the first drop didnt show much few little whiting, then stevie pulled in a decent haddock , after a while we moved to try for some mackies, got about 10mins of non stop good sized mackie then they were gone, one of the lads pulled in a 8lb odd cod, went quiet for a while, then boom the cod hit, nearly every drop we were all pulling them in, all 3lb plus, plenty went back in and plenty biggers went in the box, rained abit and the wind got up and cold but it didnt matter when them coddies where getting pulled in,
best thing was i wasnt sick! haha was feeling abit ill on the way back in as it was getting choppy and we were getting chucked allover the deck haha

all in all great day out and a good first time exp, cant wait to get back out! big thanks stevie for getting me on and out, and alan for taking us out,

seems to be doing well atm like ya say, there was loads of other boats out fishing hartlepool area

you can do it again....now you know your not going to be instantly sea sick

aye it took me about an hour and a half to get rid of the nurves but once we'd been stopped a while i was fine, all good hope to be out again in a few weeks, be spot on as am abit more clued up now haha
