Looking to fish around Trow rock, Graham Sands, Target Rock area. Does anyone know if its safe to park at the side of Mangos, or is it best to go in the main big car park where you have to pay? Parked there on the summer nights with no problems, but not sure about the dark winter nights! Does the main car park get locked like the one at the start of shields pier?
