fished the pedestrian tunnel again behind the liftshaft lastnight from 9.30pm-1.30am, with no success lol. a couple of lads had a small codling though and some whities *and an eel*. was using mackerel black lug and mussel. tide seemed to be coming in very fast so not sure if that had a part to play in it. going to have a break for a 5-6 days as ive been fishing past 4 nights and feel like crap. like i always say though it got me out of the house and away from the misses so happy days. :)

yeah, a dont know if this is true, but with the tide being so high, do the piers cause a bottle neck effect on the river causing the river to flow up quicker lessening ya chance to catch fish?
