Reel filled with 20 pound Daiwa sensor. Casting with bait down to the third gold line on the reel spool. Anyone know broadly how far this is? How much 20ib .35 line each reel band represents?
Sensor in 20 lb is .40 or slightly more,reel will hold about 210 maybe bit more if filled to edge of spool.Don`t know about levels to gold lines but in leaflet with my fathom it does have some info about them but box is in loft .

was in the same situation as you last night it would be enough for the river and probs enough for a pier but on a beach if you were to keep moving back due to a flooding tide or big swells your away from the water they might not be enough on your spool
