penn fathom advice

has any member purchased a penn fathom with the mag conversion already fitted from rutherfords tackle shop in sunderlad, how do you rate it :question:
he has told me he has the fathom in stock but has to send them away for the conversion to be done as he has sold a lot of them.
I am not the best of casters at the moment as just started back sea fishing after a long time away.
I was thinking of buying a penn fathom after the new year but I am not sure witch reel to go for now, the standard or the mag any advice lads .

Can u do these conversions urself? Av been looking and can't seem to find any info on a DIY guide.a wouldn't mind getting mine magged up like.

andy rutherford told me on Saturday he sends the reels away to have the mags fitted.
I am not good at do it yourself don't want the chow on possible nack the reel up.
I am just going for the standard reel then as my casting improves will take it back for the conversion.
I understand some of the lads on nesa have done the conversion themselves
