pike fishing 15/10/11

went for the days pike fishing with a m8 with being off work, went to venue where i usually fish was 6 caught all together, weather was spot on, some good sport on the deadbaits and lures good days fishing. heres a pic of one 9lb 4oz weighed and released

I was out 14th and managed a fish to over 23 pounds.

Only fished the W water once recently and had Jacks but have had fish to 19lbs

That 23pounder was a good way to christen your new boat.

Quite correct lads its venue W haha im looking for some new quiet marks to fish in differnt lochs. every1 has there hush hush marks looking get back up to scotland next week some time any ideas off you chaps??

Great fish i have alwasy wanted to go pike fishing, the idea of having a dead bait out on one rod and plugging with the other is so attractive to me..never got round to trying it thou.

I've fished that swim, It was back in February though just after the thaw. I blanked.

Nice fish. Know that water well, but not fished it for quite a while. Sadly everywhere`s hammered up there now, and quiet areas are very hard to find
