they are some canny sized ones off horden...try them baked/steamed with butter. hint of ginger....lovely

lol. Normally mate, but Ive had some on the pound mark at shields this year and many years ago had a 2lber up at coldingham which tasted very nice

Asda at gateshead is selling plaice iff cheap if yous cannit get out to catch any

ya right there coddy.

wth dabs i cut heads off take insides out wash clean, place in microwave on paper full power for one minute turn dab over and do the same again great eating.

prefer plaice over dabs though and flounder are also very nice but it depends greatly were you catch them

I was in my local supermarket yesterday and they had fresh dab on the slab
They must have only just been legal like. Size limit 20cm i think
