fair play bonny lad, I'm one of several that thought it was a bit suss, and apologies are in order, it does/did appear to show some of the hallmark errors of iffy photoshop jiggery pokery. maybe I just need some new specs

i caught a big pollack last year on Maggie May and i have to say it is one of the best tasting fish i have cooked for myself.
Well done Jamie-you will get some nice fillets off that fish.
