Rat house today

Tried for a few hours down the rat house today
horrible weather and literally a crab a cast
finally got one out so was glad to get away
big swell rolling into river and loads of weed came in with the tide

forecast showed a few showers up til 1 oclock!
It was out and out torrential at some points
Wouldnt have been so bad if the crabs hadnt been so active

the crabs where absolute murder! having to bait up every 10 mins
The conditions looked spot on though
Aye going to give it a shot somewhere tomorrow for a late one, no idea where yet though, sat/sunday looking better for it

Sometimes its the only place to fish in these conditions though
was nice having the wind on your back for a change

you got to watch out for logs getting washed down from up stream they a nightmare when catch your line, yes it good for ease on wind
