Rat House wed night

Fished the ratty last night from 6 till 9.30. I had 3 codling in 5 casts, all around a 1lb and a half. Thought I was going to have a cracking nights sport but never had another bite after high tide. It was as if someone flicked a switch at the top of the tide and the fish stopped feeding. I had a small dab on my last cast. Baits used, lug worm mussel and frozen crab. The fish were all caught on lug.

All the fish were returned.

even the ratty ya managed a few size fish ,seemed to be a wee bit big anywhere else

well done on catching 3 lads from Durham to fished it earlier than you 10 - 2 they had very little one decent whitey and frost bite lol
