whats happened with the rat house why has it been fenced off was down there yesterday to fish it and i could not get on

That Harris fencing is temporary. I've heard they're putting a 2 metre high fence to keep you out permanently.
Not that it will stop anyone if they want to be on.

It would cost less to put railings up n make safe idiots the council that is its guna cost a lot in repairs too coz fences stop ne 1
