Rathouse

Fished the rathouse at the end of the old pier Friday Saturday and Sunday nights, Friday took 3 codling 2lb- 2lb and 2 1/2lb on fresh crab, and 10 good sized whiting on lug, rag and fresh crab, Saturday was flat as a fart no movement in the water small tides and the odd knock, small whiting and coalies, Sunday flat as well, two Coalies and a tiny codling, Friday night a lad that drives a mini bus took 32 good whiting off, he was yoking the in two at a time all night using nothing more than mackerel strip, long range forecast isn't showing a change in wind direction either

It was quite sh*t saturday night!!! Good job I landed a small cod 1lb mark early on to save a long BLANK!!!!!!

Aye it was certainly easier on Friday night like, everyone had fish, some clonkin Whities as well, Saturday and Sunday were hard work though, I hope the bigger tides next week pick it up a bit because there's no on shore winds for the immediate future

It was quite sh*t saturday night!!! Good job I landed a small cod 1lb mark early on to save a long BLANK!!!!!!

Sunday was the same mate absolutely desperate man !!! 2 Coalies and a tiny codling, I was down the lane for 3 hours before the rathouse, 1 small whitie, so I moved to the old pier, we could obviously do with a blow through like.

Had walk down Monday morning speaking to fella I no he hadn't had a bite dunno if it picked up later on like I will be down Friday morning for a blast

I'm pleased I never went through to the Tyne though Dave, a couple of lads had been through and blanked so they ended up on the old pier with us ha ha, Friday was a decent night though, every one a winner mate
