coming home to south shields next weekend, i get my bait from the tackle shops on frederick street and the one at westoe ,i have never been able to get crab from iether of them ,do you have to give them notice in advance ,if so how much notice? i'm normally happy with rag and lug with mackeral and mussels,but reading this months sea angler it says crab is a must have this time of year, i will almost certainly be fishing the mill dam and the walkway on the late tides fri,sat and sun,any help and advice will be a great help. phone numbers for tackle shops also appreciated
