fished the tyne sunday afternoon 2 hrs either side of high tide , loads n loads of little whiting up to and just after high tide plus a couple of decent flattys ,as the tide was going out the amount of sticks branches and even trees coming down was unreal . bites had stopped so saved the bait that was left for another trip ,plenty of lads down today did anyone get anything apart from flattys & whiting ???

Well done m8.i had a walk along the river today with the bairn the day was a few younguns at spillers and one bloke was just setting up,never saw owt caught tho.

yes i saw myself on blyth pier in the dark freezing cold with only a 4" whiting to show for it ( tomorow night )
