river tyne marks

never really fished up the river,went with a mate once but not sure of the name of the place.it was near walker.i know theres places right up to Newcastle and I might have a run along river this morning to have a look.i know smiths and high shore but can anyone tell me the different spots as you go up from there and how to get to them and if its clean spots where lite gear would be ok

From riverside park at walker you can fish all the way up past the redheugh bridge/scotswood riverside park
