Hello,
Well done on your catch Carlos, always nice to see a bass caught.

There is always some confusion over the size limits for Bass because the NFSA (National Federation Of Sea Anglers) and the NEIFCA (North Eastern Inshore Fisheries And Conservation Authority) have different sizes.

The NEIFCA have set a limit of 36cm Minimum Landing Sizes

The NFSA have set a much more sensible limit of 41cm Sea Fish Size Limits - NFSA Size Limits - Sea fishing - Sea Angling Resource

Unfortunatley the NEIFCA is the legal limit.

Regards Ian

Well done son, good stuff ... I was oot yesterday for first time in 5 weeks, as broke me ankle at work, and just got pot off so wearing this amazing 'moon boot', so can put weight on me foot. I only live right next to Mill Dam so popped over for a few hours, great to be back out. Got four good flounders, so over the moon. Still never caught a bass though but live in hope. :red::red::red::red:
