had my annual boxing day session with my dad decided to fish the friars goose open blanked in that so moved further up river to my fav mark only small stuff for first hour then I thought I seen my tip move then it slammed down at last my first codling of the season at 2lb which was quickly followed by another about the same size didnt have any bait left so headed home happy to be off the mark at last oh and my dad blanked

nice bag mate, was gonna use my left over bait on the river today but when i opened the box this morning smelt it and knew thered be no riggle in them worms lol.. hope you had a good christmas

I used rag runny razor and mussel but both fish were caught on razor and runny cocktail Iam tempted my self as wor lass is at work till seven and the kids are all out but I still feel a bit rough after the bottle of brandy and everything else I drank last nite
