Rockling saves xmas blank!

Was sick of sitting about after xmas dinner so had drive down headland at hartlepool.. Fished bandstand then lighthouse corner, half water up.. Wasnt expecting much really, baits coming back untouched! Last cast got a rocking! Least it saved the blank, better than stodging out in front of the telly.. Happy xmas one and all..

well done-I was in the same boat as u but stuck it out as missus would have went loopy if I went out fishing.

Cheers boys! Just got back from fishing seaham, didnt fish the open.. Three of us fished the hall beach for whitings or so we thought.. One hr down and three up not a fish! Be interesting to see the open comp results.. Be out again soon though.. :thumbup:
