After some advice on which tip light people use for night fishing,I am currently taping a glow stick on every time I night fish, but have seen some really bright ones ,and with me eyesight going I need all the help I can get to spot the bites.
So your suggestions on where to buy and price please!

Can get nice tip lights battery powered from any tackle shop mate, the ones branded "tip light" in the orange/red packet are good - think they are about £7 each and come in blue, green, red and white (comes with 2 mounts per light)

heres a great tip for you and the other lads on nessa. if you want really cheap tip lights that are really bright then go to your local pound shop and buy a packet of cigarette lighters, the type with the torch in the bottom. the base of the lighter comes off really easy using a small pozi-drive screw driver and the light unit comes out. the light unit is an l.e.d. housed in a plastic housing with three batteries. if you have a look you will see a metal strip on the unit, when you press the strip down it makes contact and the light comes on. to activate the light just wrap sticky tape round the metal strip when your taping the light to the rod the lighters are still usable and you get four for a quid.

Glow bugs don't last 2 mins , get a mk4 tip light , or the delta tip light and you can also change the batteries in them unlike the glowbug

If you use small bore shrink tube it makes them waterproof - tape light in position and use a small ty wrap (also from poundshop) to switch on
