Fished the pier today from about 12.00 till 14.30. Had 4 decent whities out on first 4 chucks. That was it for the session, didn't get another bite. Wind was a nightmare on the top, should've gone in the bunker! Another lad arrived as I was leaving and that was where he went....more sense than me!!Bait was lug and rag tipped with mackerel.

The seats 3 foot wide, I've got a fat arse! Nah, the seats 16" wide so it was a canny fish. I do have a fat arse though.lol

Got 4 similar to that from the pier on thursday all were 35 - 38cms

4 in 4 casts is canny . the bunker does offer a bit of shelter but the guys above you never seem to know how to cast straight out so ya always being pulled in.
