Fished roker yesturday with scottyds and another mate,fish from the off,whitey a cast,some good size ones too up to 1.5lb biggest one kept for the pan!,also a few flatties and the odd bull head!highlight of the day was a young lad who line caught a nice size lobster!!! Nearly brought the pier to a stand still!!!!!! Good day in all and a sunburned face to go with it!!!

I seen the 2 lads with there hoodies on think one of them had the name Bigfen on it,they were fishing just down from me,I was just down from the roundhead fishin in to the bay.

aye he was a giant surprised i didnt see ya i walked onto the roundhead for a neb one of the alberta lads was fishing up there too

Ill of been too busy unraveling me linesto have noticed yer mate!!!!!!!! Had kids each side of us who kept casting over us all day!!!!! Other than that they were nee borher like!

The NESA hoodies belonged to me and me son.We saw the young lad catch the lobster he was a little excited to say the least,he could only cast about 5 yards but he ended up with the catch of the day.I was down on Thursday and another young lad caught a lobster on the bay side and he sold it within 5 mins of catching it for a fiver!

Nice to see yas with ya hoodies on mate,I usually wear mine all the time,its the first time I didn't and its typical I see a few other lads wearing them!!!!

usually got mine on when down fishing,give us a shout next time you see us .i didnt post a catch report because its been the same old stuff the past coupkle of times on the pier,whiteys,whiteys and more whiteys,like you said a few knitting sessions as well as dodging the low flying sinkers...keeps you on your toes.Did you see the lad snap his rod just a little further up from the last set of steps,poor bugger had been down all day then got snagged and was yanking his rod and it snapped at the second last eye he was gutted!

I did see him mate,I was just a little further up from him,there was 3 of us,yer walked past once or twice! I'd have been gutted too if my rod had snapped!!! I'd take it back if he's just bought it?
