Fished Roker Pier last night - 5 hour session - seaward side opposite first life belt from the roundhead - not even a nibble. Must have been at least 25 rods out and not a fish insight. Couple of lads fishing inshore (bayside) and they had a couple of small flattys. Unfortunatley someone lost a rod but not sure if it was only the butt piece (Conoflex I Believe). Would like to think that if anyone finds it they post on this site and ensure it gets returned. I Still enjoyed the sesh even though I blanked (AGAIN). Never mind theres always the next time.
