roker pier 4/7/07

fished roker pier roundhead at first light ended up with about 30 macky some on feathers some on spinners, the feathers are still fishing much better than the spinners. i was suprised at how many were down fishing must have been about 25.
a bloke fishing next to me was winding a macky in, just as he lifted out the water a seal surfaced and nicked the fish off the hook.

a word of warning, i had a weaver again this morning on feathers, its the second one i've had in as many weeks.

yes there is quiet a few of them knocking about, had 2last week, i think i'll give it a go in the morn, mainly bottom fishing,

fished 3/4 way up seaham from 5 am tiil 8 am 3 flies and a spinner
all i landed was 2 sandeels but was lovely morning
there was macky coming in numbers on drum head

always next time lol

me and my dad are off fishing on seaham pier tomorrow around 10 30 am gona try bait fishing and spinning ill post a report wednesday night hopefully with some pics lol
