My mate and me fished on the round head for couple of hours then it started to get a bit busy and i dont like crowds, especialy when there's lead and hooks involved so we moved a couple of yards down from the bunker where darren, guy and kevin joined us.
we fished from about 2:30pm till 12 i had one flounder and the others had a mixture of flatties and whity's my mate caught this nice codling (5lb 4oz pic below)and it was the smallest nibble av ever seen we thought it was a small coaly till he struck in to it.
Baits used were rag, lug, blacks, squid, macky, sand eel and razor. The codling was caught on razor, was a good night and good crack

cracking fish well done to your m8, it was the bsa meet on roker peir last night so that would of been why it was alittle crowded.

Was very quiet on friday, was packed but the fish weren't really showing for some reason? At least I got a couple to save the blank and well done to mick the jammy git
